Said I'd go driving in the morning as well. T_T
Well last night was Karen's birthday - Tempe friend my of sisters and I only found out there was a party when we finished xma class. Wow and my dad sorta hinted/warned me when I was being driven to the station about my sister going to something unexpected. Well yeh I found that out alright.
Lets start with after my train trip to villa. Walked 20mins to dt and witnessed the conclusion of the new aikido class. Kids where mucking around a bit and the oldies were just teaching amongst themselves about stretches. They were doing a thorax extension one where you lay on each others back and stretch you shoulder blades. Did windmills with Jason and Mathew. Amateur bboys who can do multiple mills and flares and were now working on transitions.
10 mins then josh came and took the class. Didn't stretch enough and properly cause srsly every single time he picks someone up they do a shit job. Pulled both my hamstrings in the first 5 mins of kicks. Learnt gumbi, websters, basic capoeira, front 3s and yeh. Cleaned up a few other moves etc.
got changed afterwards to go party both because I was starving and craved party food.ok getting tired now. Ill finish this layer
